Our management team provides various opportunities for our educators to improve practices at theworkplace. The founder of Crown Kiddo Education offers free internal PD training to our educators regularly who have early childhood education background at Columbia University and Harvard University in the U.S. and also currently doing Ph.D. in teachers’ education of Early Childhood Education as well as carrying a role as a senior lecturer and course coordinator of 4 years degree in the Bachelor of Early Childhood Education.

Crown Kiddo Education uses an integrated educational approach: Multiple Intelligences educational system; Montessori Approach; STEM that allows for individualized teaching and forchildren to learn and be challenged at their own pace as they develop. In order to cater for each child’s diversity, Individualized plans will be programmed, planned and implemented.

Our goal is to partner with families and local communities to guide each child’s unique developmentjourney. The goal of our educational program is to provide children with the knowledge and skills to thrive in their educational career as lifelong learners, encouraging them with a strong focus on critical thinking, resilience, confidence, independence, language skills, interpersonal communication, mathematics, and practical life skills. We do this by tailoring our educational programs to suit the development needs and interests of each child. We aim to ignite a love of learning in our children. Ultimately, we wantto prepare our kids, not only for society, but also for life. We aim to help children to achieve their full potential. Therefore, we commit ourselves todelivering excellence in all aspects of early childhood education and care.
